Crisis Plan

Keep yourself safe in a crisis

Crisis Plan helps you or people you care about to build a personalised mental health plan.

 

It uses secure AI and smart nudges to guide you through creating a plan that includes your coping strategies, a kind message and support contacts.

Fend off difficult urges

Something Else offers guided alternatives to self-harm and difficult urges: simple actions that help you ride out the urge, not act on it.

 

When you're overwhelmed, the app gives you one clear thing to do: breathe, write, wait, focus, whatever helps you stay steady. No judgment. No lectures. Just something else to try.

 

Each option is grounded in real coping strategies, with short, calming guidance built in.

Emotional granularity is the ability to name what you're feeling with precision. Not just “bad,” but “overwhelmed,” “irritated,” or “flat.”

Catch your Thought Traps

Cognitive restructuring is the skill of catching distorted thoughts and reframing them.

 

We all fall into “Thought Traps”: distorted thinking patterns that make us feel bad.

Thought Sort teaches you to spot those patterns.

 

You’re given a negative thought and asked to reframe it. Then, AI gives feedback, helping you build the habit of balanced thinking.

 

Over time, you get faster at recognising distortions and more skilled at challenging them.

Mood Loop

The therapy companion app

Mood Loop is a journaling and mood tracking tool designed to help you start and keep a journaling habit. 

​

Create journal entries in a way that suits you: through chats with a supportive AI, by scanning handwritten notes, or even through voicenotes.

​

Mood Loop analyses your entries to give you real insights into your emotions, identify the coping strategies that work for you and access relevant resources. You can share insights with your therapist or counsellor, right from the app.
